My photography represents my interaction with the subject at the moment of capture. My wonder, my hope, my desire incapsulated in images are what I present to you.
I am fortunate to travel on occasion, not as much as I would wish, nor as much as I did in my previous career with the US Navy. Even so, I immerse myself in the moment and location, not taking snapshots but creating memories for myself.
When I am at home in the Monadnock region of New Hampshire, I strive to document the quieter evidence of lives long past in the stone walls and fields, the rusty farm equipment and the old barns, the mountains and streams which have been here for longer than time can recall. My macro travel world becomes a microcosm of this region I love so well.
